Where is the new update???

My device has already updated to iOS 9.1 but when I check the AppStore, there aren't any update about the game. My AppStore country/legion is Vietnam

The update is only out for the U.S and UK

They removed the update on the AppStore because of to many bugs but don't worry the new version will be out any time now
