I made an entire pot of green curry that, while delicious, is beyond what my spice level is. I've made other curries (yellow or red, I forget) and it wasn't this spicy. I was thinking I could maybe add more coconut milk but wouldn't that take away the great flavour? I'm looking for any suggestions on what to do so I don't have to pawn it off on my boyfriend who is more accustomed to spicy foods.
