Post count means NOTHING except how many post you have made. Being a Hero Member grants you NOTHING but a set of two words. No special benefits, no newfound respect, no special request to the developers..It is just a forum title that is pretty much pointless.

Ok, we get it, some members are annoying to you. That doesn't mean get all your buddies and start shaming them on every thread they post in. Ignore them! Simple as that. If it breaks a rule, report it. However, if you break a rule in response to them doing something against the rules, you will be punished too! Just report it with the handy dandy report feature and give an accurate report reason and it will be taken care of.
