Off-Topics / Favorite personality tests and things of the sort

What are your favorte personality tests and what did you get on it?
I like MBTI. It isn't based on scientific evidence though. There's 16 types, and I happen to be an INTJ (Introversion 97%, iNtuition 52%, Thinking 68%, Judging 39%).
Some others may know of this due to interactions on steam, prior knowledge, etc. I didn't post other's types that I know so that somebody who doesn't want it posted here doesn't have it postedhere by me, privacy, etc

Off-Topics / WW3 War Game (Awaiting decent name)
« on: April 22, 2016, 01:04:03 AM »
The year is 2020, and the planet of Earth is on the brink of war. Tentions are high between NATO and North Korea, Russia, and China, an  a hacker group has disabled the nuclear launch button  of all countrys, and engeneers are frantically attemtint go thet the nukes back up. You must organise your country's forces in case of war.
Current map:

You may use up to One Million troops per country from 1920-2016 (Yes, you can spam half a million Po-2s, if you are Russia, China, or NK) Tactically important areas will eventually show up on the map  once recon is deployed there. Capital cities will be shown, as soon as I update the map.

NAVAL JMSDF:
With a large manpower of 60,000, the JMSDF stands as a relatively smaller branch of the JSDF branches. However, the JMSDF stands extremely powerful with many ships and extremely high levels of technology. With proper usage, the JMSDF can decimate any navy in the region. In a defensive manner, of course. The JMSDF is divided into a surface fleet, submarine fleet, and auxiliary fleet. The fleets are divided up into multiple districts; the Ominato, Maizuru, Sasebo, Yokosuka, and Kure Districts. There are also special boarding units for the JMSDF.

North Korea:

If your capital is captured, you have 2 turns to retake it. After that, your remaining officers are captured and all resistance is destroyed. Also, if you capture enough enemy vehicles, you can use a small amount in combat.
North Korea's orders will be carried out first. Of course, if one's leaders simpily are AWOL, a random killer asteriod may strike their nation. (Jk)
You may set up bases, outposts, radar stations, tunnel systems, CAP, No fly zones, and bunkers anywhere on YOUR territory
You may set up: No fly zones, CAP, scout positions, evacuation airbases, an  extraction points anywhere, if adequate manpower is there, and troops are nearby.
In addition, you may evacuate leaders, call for a killer asteroid on your country, or set up civilian mass nuclear shelters on your territory.

Off-Topics / I might be starting a war game
« on: April 17, 2016, 06:26:57 PM »
So, I've been thinking about starting a war game!
Here's what Im thinking about:
Tactical Invasion 2.0 (Continuation of TI, withdrawal of my troops)
WWIII, US and NATO vs Russia, China, North Korea
WWII
WWI
Some smaller scale things, such as commanders of a battalion or stuff like that
Eastern front WWII (Goes with above idea)
Space battles :D
Will add poll soon

So, I got bored and decided to make a forum game
So, during the Second Kerbal War, many other wars were being fought by smaller countries
You can decid  the location and borders of your countries, but it cannot be larger than twice the size of Iceland. Everybody starts with F-19s, KB-53s, KT-2s (Scout tanks), KT-8s (Meduim tanks) and F-49 Vex's.
Of course you can launch research programs and all that, but it will take a few turns depending on th  ambition of it.
Of course you can design new crafts.

So, I was bored and decided to make this  thread
Please *try* to keep Religion, conspiracy theories and anything that could offend somebody else out of this.
So
Today in History class, somebody thought South Korea is communist and we (The US) are allies with North Korea...
I litterly facepalmed.
Also my glorious spelling and grammar, I typed "what have heard that made you facepalmed?"

United States Army Air Forces / 379th Bomb Group
« on: December 18, 2015, 01:48:47 AM »
The 379th Bomb Group was a B-17 Flying Fortress squadron during WWII over Europe. Lt. "Charlie" Brown was in this squadron, flying "Ye Olde Pub". This Bomb Group flew more sortes than any other bomb group in the 8th AF.

The 379th Bomb Group was activated on November 26, 1942.  It was part of the 8th Air Force, 1st Division, 41st Wing and it consisted of 4 squadrons: the 524th, 525th, 526th and 527th.  The Group arrived at Kimbolton, England, AAF 117 in May 1943 and its first mission was to attack German U-boat pens in France.  The Group flew B-17s, a heavy bomber used during World War II.

Kimbolton is a small village about 24 miles east of Cambridge, England.  The flat land in that area of England was perfect for building airfields and the one at Kimbolton, like many of the airfields built in England at the time, was originally designed for fighter planes.  When the British leased the airfields to America, they had to improve the runways to accommodate bombing planes which are larger and heavier than their fighter counterparts.

In June 1943, the use of a geometric symbol with a white letter was introduced as a means to quickly identify the bombardment wing.  The triangle denoted the B-17 Bombardment Wing, later known as the 1st Division.  These symbols were painted on the vertical stabilizer of the airplane’s tail.  The 379th was assigned the letter “K”, aka the “Triangle K” Group, and sported a yellow triangle.
The 379th was quite an accomplished Group.  Accomplishments include:

It flew its first 300 missions in less time than any other bombardment group
It led the 8th Air Force in bombing accuracy
It flew more sorties than any other heavy bombardment group
It had a lower loss and abortive ratio than any other unit for an extended period of time
It developed the 12 plane squadron formation and 36 plane integral group
It used a straight-line approach on the entire bomb run
In May 1944 the 379th made an unprecedented “8th Air Force Operational Grand Slam” during the month of April 1944.  The 379th Bomb Group is the only unit ever awarded this recognition which includes achievements such as:

Best Bombing Results (greatest percentage of bombs on target)
Greatest tonnage of bombs dropped on a target
Largest number of aircraft attacking
Lowest losses of aircraft
Lowest abortive rate of aircraft dispatched
The 379th received two Presidential Unit citations for its accomplishments in combat.  It last combat mission was flown in April 1945 and it remained active at Kimbolton for about another 3 years.  During its 5 years in Kimbolton, nearly 6,000 personnel were stationed at the base.  According to one record, 345 B-17s were assigned to the Triangle K Group.  Of those 345, 141 were lost in combat with 57% of those lost between May 1943 and March 1944. Off-Topics / DFS: Night Witches
« on: November 11, 2015, 01:36:17 AM »
So I randomly decided to make this while playing WT
A DFS of the Night Witches from the Korean War
You may customize your load outs, however it has to be realistic, ex: no 800mm for tail gunner, no atomic bomb mounted on plane
You may also customize your camouflage, however it must be acceptable, and darker, greener camoflages will decrease chances of being spotted by enemy aircraft; thus lowering chances of being downed by enemy aircraft. Po-2s will be Ai controlled unless a person creates a character to crew them, and aircraft can be named if all of the crew agrees on a name.
Still not sure how Russian ranks work

Free Discussions / Challenge: Parasite fighter!
« on: August 22, 2015, 04:44:48 PM »
So, I was playing around when I decided to make a parasite fighter.
All you gotta do is land on the B-52. Here's what happened. My F-100 crashed  into his wing, he exploded, my wing got stuck in his left wing debris, we spiraled until I managed to free my wing and pull up.
